Shipping Policy

Shipping time: All packages will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Shipping time does not include transit time.

Processing time: Please allow 3-6 business days for standard shipping to ensure your order gets delivered. During the high season orders can experience delays to be processed. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order gets processed. All packages can also be checked on www.usps.com. If you do not receive a email shipping conformation within the next business day, kindly check your spam box or send us a email at evaraecollections@aol.com

Guarantee of Delivery: We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped. In case of delays or any situation with your delivery please contact the carrier and file a claim. Eva Rae Collections is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delay packages.

Check for Accuracy! Always double check your information and make sure at checkout that your spelling is correct, including your email and full shipping address. If this information isn't correct you risk not receiving your tracking order.
